How long will it take until I receive my order?

The time of transit with the transport company is 5 to 6 working days from the day in which the order is placed. The orders that have been placed between Friday and Sunday will be processed the next working day.

What is the delivery cost?

Deliveries have a cost of £3.95 to all locations within Mainland UK.

What happens if I am absent in the moment of the delivery?

The transport company tries to deliver the order twice before they return the order. They will contact you to the telephone number provided when placing the order to establish a new time and date of delivery.

What happens if the product I ordered is out of stock?

If the product that you ordered is out of stock, our Customer care department will contact you to offer a similar product or to refund the amount paid.

What happens if the product that I received is not the one that I ordered?

If this happens, you must communicate it to our customer care department writing an email to online@totto.uk.com or calling 0800 802 1431. Our agents will organize a new delivery with the correct order and will pick up the wrong one.

Does Totto deliver outside the UK?

The orders placed at Totto.com.uk are only delivered to UK mainland locations. We are working on also delivering to the rest of territories in UK and this option will soon be available.

How can I return my order?

In this case, we offer two possibilities:

- You have received your order but you are not satisfied with it: in this case, you can organize a free return of your product in the following 5 days from the date of delivery. If the return is done after those 5 days, a £5.95 charge will be applied.

- You have received your order but the article has a production defect: in this case, the return of the product will have no cost whatsoever and we will proceed to substitute it for another one in perfect conditions or you can request a refund for the amount that you paid.

How much time do I have for returning a product?

To request a return of your order, you must do it within the next 30 days after having placed the order.

Can I request an invoice of my order?

Yes. When you are filling in your details before the payment you can add the information of the company for which you request the invoice.

 

RETURNS POLICY

The returns which are notified up to 5 days after the Reception of the product will not have a cost. After this period, the cost of returns will be £5.95 which would be discounted from the total amount of refund.

The returns can be done up to 30 days after the purchase, as long as the client notifies this to the customer service department through any of the available ways.
